Activists in Bakhchisarai report that the occupiers searched the house of the Crimean Tatar people's delegate Kurultay, Edem Dudakov. Lawyer Edema Semedlyaev said that the activist was taken to the occupation police department of Bakhchisarai.

This was reported by "Crimean Solidarity".

It is noted that the investigative measures are being carried out by the CPE staff from 6.45 am.

Lawyers who arrived to provide legal assistance were not allowed into the house by the occupying security forces.

Semedlyaev's lawyer was not allowed on the grounds that he arrived late and was late for the start of events.

"According to this logic, I have to be with my clients around the clock day and night to keep up with all investigative measures", - the lawyer said, adding that the occupiers asked him not to "spy" through the gate and move 15 meters away.

The search of the delegate's house was carried out on the basis of a decision of the occupying Kyiv District Court.

Relatives of the activist said that the staff of the "E" center confiscated gadgets and mobile phones of the family. The reason for the search was the allegedly extremist statement of Edem Dudakov in 2017 as a comment under the post of an unknown user.

Kurultay delegate Edem Dudakov has now been taken to the Bakhchisarai occupation police station. At the entrance he was examined with a metal detector and documents were examined.

"Then the head of the Center for Countering Extremism Ruslan Shambazov instructed not to let him in. A lieutenant colonel approached and told me to wait on the street. If I am suddenly needed, I will be found and called. I was taken out of the building, now I am on the street , I will prepare the next complaint to prosecutor's office”, - Semedlyaev comments.
