The winner of the national selection for Eurovision 2022, Alina Pash, who will represent Ukraine at the competition, said that, in fact, in 2015 she did not fly from Moscow to the occupied Crimea but arrived there by bus.

The singer stated this in a conversation with TV presenter Kateryna Osadcha.

According to the singer, people misunderstood her because she wrote an angry message about Russian airlines, inadvertently adding to it the geolocation of occupied Yalta, to which she arrived, according to Pash, by bus.

"And everyone had the impression that I was flying there. I didn't know at the time that this situation would look like this. The Suspilne channel has all the necessary evidence. That is, I did not break the law", - Pash said.

Osadcha reminded the singer that in 2015 she asked her a direct question about her flight to occupied Crimea via Moscow, to which she replied that the flight really was. And this contradicts the conditions of selection for Eurovision.

Now the singer claims that she said about the trip in general.

“I traveled a lot then. I said in general", - said the winner of the national selection in 2022.
