On the 3 of July, from 11 hours of the morning at the admin border, "the russian occupation border guards" during seven hours did not let out to the Kyiv the Crimean Tatars` family Islyam and Dilyara Karashayeva.

About that, was announced by Head of Mejlis of Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov in the Facebook.

Indicated, that Karashaevs` family came from Kyiv to the Crimea to visit their old parents.

As informed Chubarov, according to the information from Crimea, the occupiers from federal security service of Russia during all time interrogated the Karashaevs` family.

Fortunately, after interrogating the Karashaevs` family were let out to the Kherson region.

What is knows

  • It is not the first time that Islyam Karashayev is being held on the administrative border with the occupied Crimea. Thus, on the 25 of August in 2018 year, "Crimean Solidarity" organization received information that he had been detained at the Chongar checkpoint for a long time.
  • On the same day, together with Karashayev, the Crimean Tatar Devletshayevs` family with three small children was detained. Server Devletshayev and his family - wife Dilara, son Omer (6 years old), daughters Safia (9 years old) and Anifa (3 years old) returned from the occupied Crimea to the mainland of Ukraine through the Kalanchak checkpoint on August 25 at about 7 am. The Devletshayev family entered the Crimea on August 19, on the eve of the Muslim holiday of Kurban - Bayram, to visit their parents and relatives.
  • After Russian border guards checked personal documents, the occupiers from federal security service of Russia took away the head of Server Devletshayev, and his wife, Dilyari, was told she could leave Crimea with her children. When she asked how she could go without her husband, she was told that he would "stay" with them at least until noon.
  • At 11:00 pm on the 25 of August 2018 year, Dilyara Devletshaeva and her young children were on the mainland of Ukraine, and her husband Server Devletshayev continued to be detained by the Russian occupiers. At the same time, the Russian occupiers did not tell Devletshayev's parents, who arrived at the Kalanchak checkpoint, where their son was. That was informed by Refat Chubarov.
  • As informed "Crimean Solidarity" Association, Server Devletshayev's parents began an active search for their son.
  • At 1:30 a.m., Devletshayev was let out.
  • Since the beginning of Russia's occupation of the Crimean semi-island, rummages and arrests of Crimean Tatars have not stopped.
  • Russian security forces detained six Crimean Tatars, who were searched in the occupied Crimea at dawn on the 7 of July.
  • Searches began on the 7 of July at 4 am at the same time in four districts of the occupied Crimea: in Bakhchisaray, Krasnogvardeysky, Simferopol and Alushta.
  • During mass morning searches in the Crimea, in the village of Sevastyanivka, officers of the occupying Federal Security Service of Russia detained Oleksandr Sizikov, a disabled person of the first group.
  • The 6 people were detained: Sizikov Alexander, Sufyanov Alim, Hayretdinov Seyran, Ziyadinov Emil, Ibragimov Ismet, Bektemirov Vadim.
  • In addition, the Representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea condemns the actions of the occupiers to persecute the citizens of Ukraine with the active public position.
