Seitveli Seitabdiyev, a Crimean citizen from the Simferopol case of Hiz But-Tahrir, is not receiving timely medical care in a pre-trial detention center, despite his health condition.

Lawyer Safie Shabanova made this statement following a hearing in the Russian Southern District Military Court in the case of Akim Bekirov, Eskender Suleimanov, Seitveli Seitabdiev, Rustem Seitkhalilov and Asan Yanikov, was reported by Crimean Solidarity.

"On February 3, when we saw him, he was completely gone, sitting in a corner with his eyes closed. I couldn't stand it anymore, I filed a petition in court. I said let's call an ambulance because our client is not feeling well. The court granted the request. , announcing a break, an ambulance arrived and again without PCR tests, they diagnosed that it was a normal SARS", - Shabanovainformed in a comment to the Suspilne Crimea.

The lawyer noted that the ambulance doctors said that the pressure and saturation were normal. In addition, he was not given any medication and was advised to go to the medical unit.
