The Kingdom of the Netherlands has stated its readiness to cooperate with Ukraine on the issue of deoccupation of Crimea.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi made this statement at a joint meeting with the media with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, was reported by Ukrinform.

"I am grateful that the Netherlands and personally Prime Minister Rutte support our sovereignty, our territorial integrity, and are ready to cooperate to deoccupy Crimea", - he said.

According to Zelensky, the Netherlands is a very important partner of Ukraine within the European Union and NATO.

"It is one of the key partners in Europe and the second largest investor in the Ukrainian economy. So it is not surprising that our bilateral agenda is rich and meaningful. This is evidenced by the joint statement adopted as a result of our talks", - he added.
