It was reported by the German newspaper Spiegel Online, citing a confidential document of the German Embassy in Brussels.

They want to add five people or organizations to the sanctions list, which was created shortly after Russia's occupation of Crimea and has been regularly expanded since then but does not indicate who exactly.

According to the publication, the German Foreign Ministry conducted an inspection and, after its completion, provided its consent to the measures.
