In the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, the occupiers recorded 510 new cases of COVID-19

As of January 23, 298 new COVID-19 cases were "officially" registered in the occupied Crimea, 212 in Sevastopol. At the same time, 9 people died on the peninsula, and 3 in Sevastopol.

According to the occupation Ministry of Health of Crimea, 9 people died of coronavirus on the occupied peninsula in the past 24 hours, and 188 recovered.

According to the occupation government of Sevastopol, as of the morning of January 23, 212 people fell ill with COVID-19.

The 40 people were discharged after recovery. 3 people aged from 58 to 81 died.

As of the morning of January 23, 15,444 new COVID-19 cases had been recorded in the territory controlled by Ukraine. 86 people died in one day, 2,030 recovered.

What is known

  • A total of 129,813 COVID-19 cases have been officially registered in the occupied Crimea for the current period. 121,097 people recovered during the whole period, 4,646 died.
  • A total of 54,884 people became ill with coronavirus in occupied Sevastopol. Recovered for the entire period - 51,371, died - 1,930.
  • A total of 3,867,455 cases of coronavirus were registered on the mainland of Ukraine. He recovered for the whole period - 3,582,908, died - 99,215.
