Ukrainians living in the temporarily occupied territories, but subject to vaccination with a drug approved in Ukraine, can also use the "Support" program to issue UAH 1,000 to vaccinated citizens.

This was announced by the head of the expert group on the introduction of electronic services of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Denis Ivanov, was reported by "Dom".

It is noted that it will be possible to spend the "covid" thousand in the territory controlled by Ukraine.

Denis Ivanov stressed that the procedure for participation in the "eSupport" program is the same for all citizens of Ukraine, regardless of where they are - in the controlled or uncontrolled territory.

The first condition is that the citizen must be 18 years old.

The second condition is to generate a "green" COVID-certificate in the "Action" application based on the two vaccines received.

Only after that in the application "Action" it is possible to apply for a payment under the program "eSupport". To do this, apply through the menu "Services" and directly in the menu "eSupport". to open a virtual account to which payments will be made. The money for this comes within 10 days from the date of application. And then you can pay in the categories of business you listed, "- Ivanov said.

At the same time, most residents of the occupied territories are forced to be immunized with the Russian Sputnik vaccine, which is not recognized by the World Health Organization, so it is not recognized in Ukraine. Therefore, when vaccinated with "Satellite" COVID-certificate in the application "Action" can not be formed.

"Regarding the generation of certificates based on vaccines that are not included in the list of permitted in general. These issues should be addressed to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU). They may decide whether to confirm vaccination, in the positive - enter this data in the register. Because "Action" checks the certification data from the register of the National Health Insurance Fund", - the representative of the Ministry of Finance explained.
