He testified that Muratov took part in religious talks and discussed the affairs of the religious community in the city of Alushta, so he is trying to avoid punishment. We believe that for an elderly person who turns 65 this year, even this term is lifelong. For discussions, conversations and for participation in the public life of the city through participation in the life of the community - such a term? According to the indictment of the prosecutor, Muratov "deliberately joined the organization", "adhered to the measures of conspiracy", "formed a pretentious attitude towards Muslims in Russia". One of the important pillars of the accusation is the testimony of a classified witness.
