The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that the United States is ready to provide Ukraine with additional defense weapons, including lethal ones.
He said this at a briefing following talks with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
According to the Foreign Minister, Ukraine has the support of the United States in concrete actions. After all, the United States has already developed a package of "very painful" sanctions against the Russian Federation.
"I can't reveal all the details, because work is underway to coordinate action between the United States and its European allies. But in principle, a decision has already been made in Washington. The United States is ready to use all its economic and financial instruments to cut off oxygen to Russia. economy and Russia's rich", - Kuleba said.

He noted that it is not only a $ 60 million defense package, but also additional equipment and defense weapons, including lethal ones.
Dmytro Kuleba also stressed that the mistakes of 2014 have no right to be repeated.
Therefore, we will not accept any attempts, if any, to explain to Ukraine that nothing needs to be done to deter the Russian invasion, because there is not enough invasion or not enough evidence that it is Russian soldiers.
