Spanish football La Liga has corrected the map of Ukraine with "Russian" Crimea
The website of the Spanish La Liga corrected the map in the section of the official broadcasters of the championship, where occupied Ukrainian Crimea was mistakenly shown as part of Russia.
They have corrected the mistake on the website.
The head of La Liga, Javier Tebas, was asked to make changes to the graphic materials regarding the country's borders by the Ukrainian Embassy in Spain. Ukrainian Ambassador to Spain Serhiy Pogoreltsev contacted Tebas and called the incident a gross mistake.

- Spanish football La Liga marked occupied Ukrainian Crimea as Russian territory. On the official website of the organization, the peninsula is shown as part of the Russian Federation.
- Media expert Oleksandr Glushchenko told Suspilne Crimea that this situation might be a designer's mistake and not the official position of the entire league. But the problem runs deeper than that.
