The action 'Say No to Putin' took place in Kyiv. The organizers wanted to draw the attention of the international community to Russia's aggressive actions towards Ukraine. The participants in the event called on the world not to make concessions to the Kremlin. And to not conduct any negotiations without the participation of Ukraine itself. The participants expressed their solidarity with the citizens of Belarus and Kazakhstan.

The video broadcast of the action was posted on Facebook by the chairperson of the board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center - Eskender Bariev.

According to Bariev, citizens gathered to say "no" to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"We have gathered to remind the world that Crimea is occupied, that Donbas is occupied. Today there is a threat in both Belarus and Kazakhstan. Therefore, I call on Ukrainian society to unite against Putin's threat", - he said.

The head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov called Putin - a murderer.

"Putin is a murderer. And all world leaders, leaders of all states, should speak to him from this standpoint. Russia should be spoken to in this way because it has a president who is actually a murderer", - he said.

Chubarov noted that the Ukrainians must clearly define clear goals and objectives - the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, including Crimea and the waters of the Black and Azov Seas.

"A clear and understandable task for the whole community and the goal of these negotiations - no matter what our partners say, we, Ukrainians, must clearly define a clear goal and objectives - to restore the territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state, including Crimea and the Black and Azov Seas. And thirdly, the maximum mobilization of Ukrainian society, the Ukrainian government together with the international partners", - the head of the Mejlis said.

As Eskender Bariyev added, 234 people are currently being held hostage by the Kremlin. 165 of them are Crimean Tatars. 121 people are Crimean prisoners of the Kremlin. 89 of them are Crimean Tatars.
