It is noted that the strategic goal is to ensure, together with the state language, the functioning of the language of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people. The initiative was implemented within the framework of the concept of development of the Crimean Tatar language and the law of Ukraine "On Indigenous Peoples of Ukraine".
