His first trip abroad this year underscores the EU's strong support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity at a time when the country is facing Russia's military and hybrid capabilities and hybrid actions", - was informed in the message.

It is noted that together with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba Borrel will visit Donbass and the line of contact.

Then he will fly to Kyiv, where he will meet with representatives of the Ukrainian authorities.
