Russia faces sanctions if it forcibly redraws map of Europe - Finnish Foreign Ministry
Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto has threatened the Kremlin with strong economic sanctions. This will happen if Russia invades Ukraine or launches an active hybrid operation.
This was reported by Yle.
"If things start to unfold under the worst-case scenario, the West will obviously react with additional economic sanctions. I really want to believe that this will not happen", - Haavisto said.
He noted that sanctions await Moscow if it "begins to redraw the map of Europe by force."
