In occupied Crimea, the "city court" of Armyansk will continue to consider the case against the leader of the Crimean Tatar people, People's Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa Dzhemilev. The case will be considered on its merits.

Lawyer Nikolai Polozov told Radio Svoboda about this.

The previous meeting was postponed due to the unfinished examination of the ammunition, which is being held in the case as material evidence.

The leader of the Crimean Tatar people stated that he intends to prove the "absurdity of the accusations of the Russian side" in the European Court of Human Rights in the cases that were brought against him in Crimea.
