Crimean Tatars appealed with dozens of complaints to the "Central Police Department" of Simferopol № 3, in which activists who came to the court hearings on October 25, 29, and November 1 were illegally detained for more than three hours. Crimean Tatars received written responses from the occupying Ministry of Internal Affairs of Crimea. They do not consider their subordinates violators.

Crimean Solidarity reported about it.

"Violations of current legislation, official discipline on the part of police officers of the Central Regional Department №3 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Simferopol have not been established", -  the official response said.

One of the coordinators of the public association, Mustafa Seydaliyev, who initiated one of the relevant complaints, commented on the response of the "police".

"The whole system works in one direction. Some violators cover other violators of the law, justifying their actions because if one of them admits that "employees" acted illegally, it can have certain consequences. So, they wrote this kind of response to justify their colleagues", - he said.
