Great Britain adds Russia to the list of most hostile states

UK Minister of State for Security, Damian Hinds, has listed the countries most hostile to the United Kingdom. Russia is on the list.
This was reported by the Telegraph.
The countries on this list pose certain threats to the UK. In particular:
- spies and soldiers on standby;
- conducting cyberattacks;
- conducting disinformation campaigns.
"The three countries that I mentioned to you have the physical human capability, they have a big cyber presence, they can deploy at scale", - Damian Hinds said.
The minister added that North Korea is a fourth hostile state. He also named China and Iran.
What is known
- The United Kingdom will set up a major military hub in Germany amid the Russian military buildup near Ukraine's borders.
- The Guardian reports, citing British intelligence sources, that there are currently about 175,000 Russian troops near the Ukrainian border and that Russia is considering three scenarios for a military offensive.
- Russia continues to build up troops near Ukraine's borders despite US President Joe Biden calling on Russian President Vladimir Putin to de-escalate the conflict.
- Russia suspends and changes the schedule of commercial flights and railway transport for the transportation of personnel and Russian military equipment. US and Ukrainian officials have evidence of this.
