In the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, the occupiers recorded 178 new cases of COVID-19

As of December 26, 117 new COVID-19 cases were "officially" registered in the occupied Crimea, 61 in Sevastopol. At the same time, 24 people died on the peninsula, and 2 in Sevastopol.

According to the occupation Ministry of Health of the Crimea, 24 people died of coronavirus and 165 recovered on the occupied peninsula in the past 24 hours.

According to the occupation government of Sevastopol, as of the morning of December 26, 61 people fell ill with COVID-19.

The 73 people were discharged after recovery. Two people aged 35 and 75 died.

As of the morning of December 26, 2,810 new COVID-19 cases had been registered in the territory controlled by Ukraine. 138 people died in one day, 4,279 recovered.

What is known

  • A total of 126,321 COVID-19 cases have been officially registered in the occupied Crimea for the current period. 117,453 people recovered during the whole period, 4,229 died.
  • A total of 52,434 people became ill with coronavirus in occupied Sevastopol. They recovered for the whole period - 49,444, died - 1,824.
  • A total of 3,645,124 cases of coronavirus have been registered in mainland Ukraine. He recovered for the whole period - 3,428,212, died - 94,838.
