Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Viktor Kryvenko did not indicate in the declaration a land plot worth 4 million hryvnias, located on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula.

This is evidenced by data from the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC), which on December 24 completed a full review of the declarations of CCU judges.

It is noted that this is a sign of a criminal offense under the article on declaring inaccurate information (Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code), the sanction of which provides for a fine of 68-85 thousand hryvnias to two years in prison.

The NAPC provided information to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau on the identified signs of criminal offenses.

What is known

  • In October 2020, "Schemes" reported that in 2018, Tupitsky, who before the occupation of Crimea owned land in the village of Koreiz on the southern coast of Crimea, bought a plot of land next door under Russian law.
