On December 23, a regular hearing in the case of Zekirya Muratov took place in the Southern District Military Court. At the trial, the defense questioned witnesses who are also political prisoners: Ruslana Mesutova, Ruslana Nagaeva, Lenura Khalilov, Eldar Kantemirov.

It is noted that during the interrogation the correspondent of "Crimean Solidarity" learned about the name of the FSS agent, who periodically passed information about party members to the FSS of Crimea.

Witnesses Ruslan Mesutov, Ruslan Nagaev, Lenur Khalilov and Eldar Kantemirov were interrogated for about four hours. Some of the witnesses needed an interpreter who broadcast information from the Crimean Tatar language into Russian and vice versa. Defense spokeswoman Lilya Gemedji has repeatedly told the court that the expert systematically makes translation errors, omitting a number of important details.

For example, the translator did not mention that Ruslan Mesutov was personally acquainted with a man sent to the party by law enforcement officers.

"As a native speaker of the Crimean Tatar language, I realized that it was not" someone "but a famous person", - the lawyer said.

Mesutov clarified that this person constantly participated in the meeting and communicated with all participants. However, it later turned out that he, Enver Khalilov, was a recruited FSS agent.

In addition, the voice of Enver Khalilov was heard by all witnesses on the audio recordings that presented the FSB as evidence of the guilt of the defendants, including Zekirya Muratov. According to political prisoners, the man came to the meeting with a microphone attached, asked provocative questions, recorded them, and then leaked all the information to law enforcement agencies. Lenur Khalilov, one of the invited defendants, made a remarkable clarification. According to him, “all the people whose voices are recorded on CDs are prisoners. In addition to Khalilov Enver.

At the end of the hearing, Lilya Gemedzhi submitted a request to Judge Mashukov to be summoned for questioning as a witness for Enver Khalilov, but the prosecutor objected.
