Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Nariman Ametov for abduction and illegal searches
The Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol has opened criminal proceedings on the facts of illegal searches in the house of Nariman Ametov and his forcible abduction by the occupying special services.
This was reported in a comment to the Public Crimea by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
It is noted that currently criminal proceedings have been instituted under Part 2 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of the Inviolability of Housing" and Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty or Kidnapping".

"This fact will be verified, and if it is confirmed, an appropriate legal assessment will be provided", - was informed in the agency.
What is known
- In the Old Crimea on December 17, at 5:50 a.m., the occupiers searched activist Nariman Ametov, who regularly attended court hearings on Crimean Tatar cases. He was allegedly taken to Simferopol for a talk.
