The People's Deputy of Ukraine, member of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Akhtem Chiygoz asks the SSU to open criminal proceedings under the articles "treason" and "terrorist financing" against the Ukrainian company UBC Group for "illegal import" into mainland Ukraine and other countries of occupied Crimea.

He announced this on Facebook.

The People's Deputy in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine drew the attention of colleagues to "the continuation of cooperation of some representatives of Ukrainian business with the Russian occupiers".

In particular, he spoke about the unprecedented case with the Krasnoperekopsk refrigeration plant (in the summer I published a video from this plant), where the Ukrainian company UBC group still produces refrigeration equipment and exports it to the so-called "DPR", "LPR" and EU countries. In order to circumvent EU sanctions against the Russian occupiers, "Ukrainian" dealers made fictitious documents stating that the goods were allegedly made in the Belgorod region. Today I will officially apply to the Security Service of Ukraine", - he wrote.

Chiygoz's appeal to the Security Service of Ukraine states that UBC Group is a group of companies associated with a Ukrainian legal entity, a private joint-stock company UKPOSTACH. According to Chiygoz, the manufacturer of refrigeration equipment UBC maintains production in the Crimean city of Krasnoperekopsk and exports products manufactured there through related Russian companies.

"The head of UBC Group Igor Grigoryevich Humenny has close ties with the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, in particular, he is in contact with officials of this state, such as the President of the Republic of Tatarstan", - Chiygoz said in a statement to the SSU.
