In the Old Crimea on December 17, at 5:50 a.m., the occupiers searched activist Nariman Ametov, who regularly attended court hearings on Crimean Tatar affairs. He was allegedly taken to Simferopol for a talk.

This was reported by "Crimean Solidarity".

"He was taken before the search, where they did not answer, they said he would come soon ... They said they would take him to the" investigator ". They promised to interrogate and release him", - the detainee's wife Elmaz said. She was accompanied by three minor children during the search: 11-year-old Asia, 9-year-old Bilal and Amal, who is only 1 year and 11 months old.

Searches were conducted at 30 Internatsionalna Street.

Currently, human rights activists and a lawyer are agreeing to establish the whereabouts of the 33-year-old Crimean Tatar. According to his relatives, the actions of the occupying security forces were connected with the investigation into the case of the explosion of the gas pipeline in the village of Perevalne in August this year.

Activists also live in the city with Ametov, who confirmed that he regularly visited courts in the Crimea and Rostov-on-Don on politically motivated criminal cases, participated in public initiatives and online flash mobs. But they deny involvement in any sabotage involving harm to the population.

"There was a KAMAZ riot and a minibus with employees on the street, no one was allowed inside, including Elmaz's mother. It is unknown exactly where he was taken, his fate is in the hands of law enforcement officers. We will consider what measures to take to provide legal assistance to Nariman" - Arsen Yakubov said.

All phones, a TV set-top box and a Karan were confiscated from the Ametovs' house.

UPD: According to Crimean Solidarity, the occupation police told Arsen Yakubov that Nariman Ametov was most likely taken to the FSS.

"I called the police, they arrived around 12 o'clock, drew up protocols and descriptions according to my words. I reported that I arrived there around 6 o'clock, and saw him at 06:11 am. Then the lights were turned off and he was not seen again. After the search, they realized that he had been taken away, according to his sister. The location was unknown. "The police" did not say firmly that he was taken away by the FSB, but when asked whether he was in Simferopol or where, he was probably answering to himself", - Yakubov said.
