Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors from the Department for Supervision of Criminal Proceedings in Armed Conflict, the Office of the Prosecutor General has completed a special pre-trial investigation and filed an indictment against an employee of the Federal Security Service.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

An employee of the FSS of the Russian Federation is accused of aiding and abetting the encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, inciting treason and aiding and abetting an aggressive war. In particular, in March 2014, while in Crimea, by prior agreement with other representatives of the FSB and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the man facilitated the capture of the Azov-Black Sea Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and Simferopol Border Detachment.

He called on the servicemen of the military units not to resist the subversive actions of the Russian military units and their transition to the side of the Russian border service through persuasion, bribery and threats.
