In the occupied Crimea, people over the age of 18 were required to present certificates of coronavirus vaccination and QR codes for admission to public events.

This is stated in an updated decree of the occupying head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov.

"Admission of persons over 18 years of age to participate in public events (...) is subject to a certificate of vaccination against new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or QR-code obtained using a specialized application of the Unified portal of state and municipal services, or certificate of disease (COVID-19) or QR-code, obtained using a specialized application of the Unified portal of state and municipal services ", - was informed in the document.

In addition, from December 15, self-isolation and restrictions on concessional travel on public transport for non-vaccinated people over the age of 60 will continue.
