The occupying Kirov District Court of Crimea has ordered the arrest of Crimean Tatar activist, coordinator of Crimean Solidarity and public defender Mustafa Seidaliyev for 10 days for producing and publishing extremist materials under two protocols.

This was reported by public activist Lutfie Zudieva on Facebook.

It is noted that the occupiers consider Mustafa Seidaliyev's posts on the VKontakte social network posted in 2012-2016 to be "extremism". By the way, after 2016, Seidaliyev, as Zudieva writes, does not use the Russian social network.

The occupying Kirov District Court issued two similar decisions on both protocols drawn up against the coordinator of Crimean Solidarity - 10 days of administrative arrest "for the production and publication of extremist materials".

Lutfie Zudieva pointed out that Mustafa Seidaliyev considers these actions of the staff of the Center for Countering Extremism a formal reason aimed at suppressing his activity in defense of the Crimean Tatars. The activist will make another administrative arrest in the temporary detention center at 44 Franka Boulevard in occupied Simferopol.

More than 100 people wanted to attend the court hearing, but none of them entered the courtroom, including close relatives. Lawyer Nazim Sheikhambetov asked to ensure admission to the auditorium - taking into account the social distance, or to provide a larger auditorium, or to ensure the broadcast of the meeting "to ensure openness and transparency of justice".

The occupying judges refused, "because there are restrictions related to the code, a current resolution of the Council of Judges, which recommends admitting only persons involved in the case".
