Crimean Solidarity Coordinator Public Defender Mustafa Seidaliyev was not released from the Yevpatoria Police Department after his December 7 administrative arrest expired.

This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity.

It is noted that new administrative protocols are drawn up for him.

Lawyers Edem Semedlyaev and Emil Kurbedinov were also barred from entering the occupation office building.

"The detainee himself called a lawyer, saying that the head of the CPE Ruslan Shambazov draws up administrative protocols under Articles 20.3 of the Administrative Code (" Propaganda or public display of symbols of extremist organizations ") and 20.29 Administrative Code (" Production and distribution of extremist materials "). They impose a fine of 1 to 3 thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to 15 days with confiscation", - was informed in the statement.

Kurbedinov stated that he would inform the occupation court that his lawyer was not allowed to visit his client and that he was being told about the detainee's whereabouts.

Later, Semedlyaev and Kurbedinov demanded that the Russian prosecutor's office and the occupation department of the Investigative Committee in Crimea conduct an inspection at the Yevpatoria police department, where Seidaliyev was being held.

"These illegal actions of police officers violated Seydaliyev's right to defense and other rights", - the defense attorneys wrote in the complaint, demanding an inspection at the Yevpatoria occupation police department in order to take measures to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Seidaliyev was to be released at 7.30 pm on December 7. He is the last activist whose 14-day administrative arrest has come to an end.
