US President Joe Biden and Vladimir Zelensky will talk after the US leader holds talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

That is, there will be high-level contacts at the highest level. The United States has established a very open, dynamic and trusting dialogue, "Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told ICTV's Freedom of Speech program.

He also noted that according to the preliminary plan, Zelensky was to talk to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and after this call - a conversation between the presidents should take place.
