"We are with Ukraine. Let Putin think about the consequences. We are using our diplomatic skills to make Russia realize that this will be a serious violation of international law", - Borrell said.

He said he had a conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Stockholm, who denied any "militant activity." The head of European diplomacy also said that a meeting with the Eastern Partnership countries would take place in Brussels next week, at which the EU "would emphasize its strong support for Ukraine".
