In occupied Crimea, there is an acute shortage of personnel in agriculture. Large enterprises of the peninsula faced this problem.

The occupation newspaper Vesti Krym reports.

Currently, there are not enough engineers and agronomists in the labor market. 60% of vacancies are available. The lack of professionals affects agricultural development.

"It is almost impossible to revive the essential oil industry on the peninsula without specialists. The company needs agronomists, tractor drivers, and handymen, but there is no response to vacancies on the Internet", - said Oleksandr Novosad, occupation director of the Alushta State Farm plant.
