A large number of security officers and construction equipment gathered in the occupied village of Morsky near the house of activist Rustem Useinov, a veteran of the Crimean Tatar movement.

The Crimean human rights group reports about it.

It is expected that in the near future his house will be demolished by a court decision, which has not yet been appealed.

It is noted that the occupation police forbid filming people who gathered in support of the activist.

Useinov himself explained to the bailiffs that he had come from the hospital where he was receiving inpatient treatment and in this connection asked to postpone the execution of the court decision.

Later Useinov became ill, he was called an ambulance.

Meanwhile, special forces officers are building an environment near the gathered people.

In addition, Krymenergo employees intend to cut off electricity supply. So far, the performers have broken down the door to the house, have made a description of the property inside and are preparing to demolish it.

What is known

  • On August 3, the decision of the Sudak City Court on the claim of the occupation administration of the city of Sudak came into force, recognizing Rustem Useinov's land plot as unauthorized and demanding that it be vacated within thirty days. Useinov did not know about the decision and filed an appeal against it, which is currently being considered by the occupying Supreme Court of Crimea. Despite this, bailiff Natalia Pugacheva ordered the enforcement of the court decision on November 24.
