Customs clearance will no longer be carried out at the checkpoints on the administrative border with occupied Crimea

From November 21, they will suspend customs formalities at the checkpoints of entry and exit Chongar and Kalanchak of the customs post “Crimea”.

Customs in the Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol on Facebook reported it.

The decision to abolish the regime of the free economic zone “Crimea” in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine was made by the government.

Given the restrictions caused by the occupation, the Cabinet of Ministers has established special economic relations.

Authorized persons of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine will control entry and exit, detect and prevent the movement of goods to the temporarily occupied territory and outside the checkpoint.
