The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported it.

According to the investigation, the representative of the leadership of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation arrived on March 3, 2014, at the naval base of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village of Novoozerne in Crimea, and persuaded the officers of the Ukrainian state to treason through persuasion, bribery and threats.

“In particular, he forced the commander of the large landing ship “Konstantin Olshansky”, the deputy commander of the Southern Naval Base of the Ukrainian Navy, the Chief of Staff of the Southern Naval Base of the Ukrainian Navy, and the commander of the 5th brigade of surface ships of the Ukrainian Navy to surrender their weapons. Thus, he forced them to side with the enemy and facilitated subversive activities against Ukraine”, - the statement said.
