The Chaplynka checkpoint temporarily suspended its work

On October 19, at 00:00, at the administrative border with temporarily occupied Crimea, the Chaplynka checkpoint of entry exit stopped its work.
The Kherson Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service reported it on Facebook.
"The decision to close the checkpoint was made following the order of the Kherson Regional State Administration dated October 8, 2021, №792 and with the approval of the Ministry of Reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine", - the statement said.
Despite this, it is possible to cross the administrative border with the occupied Crimea through the Kalanchak or Chongar checkpoints, which operate on a full-time basis.
