All but two Crimean Tatar activists were released from the occupation Central Police Department in Simferopol.

The correspondent of the Crimean solidarity reports about it.

It is noted that they were drawn up protocols under Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Code.

As Hamza Urinbayev told, he came to the building of the occupying Crimean garrison military court to support the father-in-law detained on the morning of October 11. However, after about 6 pm, he was detained for "disorderly conduct", as the occupation police put it. According to them, those present were not in masks.

"Then we were taken to a room, we sat there for about an hour, and later we were charged (under Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Code" Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence ", - ed.). We were held for about four hours I believe that we are under pressure not to come to support our relatives, the staff does not care why people gather in shops without masks or do not wear them in public places, that's why they came to us, we are ready to defend our position so that it is unfair ", - Urinbayev emphasized.

Crimean Solidarity Coordinator Dilyaver Memetov and activist Reshat Paralamov were not released from police custody and sent to a temporary detention facility in occupied Simferopol for "trial".

Administrative reports were drawn up against both activists under Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code.

"My legal right to be a listener during a court hearing by law enforcement agencies was regarded as a violation of the law, organizing a meeting of people. After twelve hours in the police station, I was sent to a detention centre. I will decide. tomorrow, most likely, there will be a court session", - Dilyaver Memetov reported.
