The daughter of political prisoner Oleg Prykhodko found the whereabouts of her father, which has not been known since June
Oleg Prykhodko, a pro-Ukrainian activist from Crimea who was illegally convicted in Russia, is being held in the Volodymyr headquarters in the PKU T-2 penitentiary of the UFSIN of Russia in the Volodymyr region of the Russian Federation.
Prykhodko's daughter Natalia Shvetsova reported about it to Public Crimea.
"Today I learned where my father is. He is in Volodymyr Central, Volodymyr region. Volodymyr Central is the second. There is some other correctional facility. I will call, I will decide how to pass the parcel to him. In general, what is there? There may be some money (transfer - ed.). And in general in what condition it is", - she said.
What is known
- The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Lyudmyla Denysova, stated that the whereabouts of Oleg Prykhodko, a pro-Ukrainian activist from the Crimea convicted in Russia, had been unknown since the beginning of June.
- On March 3, 2021, the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don illegally sentenced Oleg Prykhodko to 5 years in a maximum-security prison and a fine of 110,000 rubles for allegedly "illegal production of explosives, attempted terrorist act, and preparation for arson of the Consulate General". Russia in Lviv in the summer of 2019".
- On May 17, 2021, the Vlasikha Military Court of Appeal of the Moscow Region rejected Prikhodko's appeal against the illegal preliminary decision of the court of the first instance, in the absence of any reliable evidence of the Ukrainian's guilt.
