In Crimea and Sevastopol, the occupiers recorded 227 new cases of COVID-19

On June 19, 166 new cases of COVID-19 were "officially" registered in occupied Crimea, and 5 people died in Sevastopol on the peninsula.

As the occupying "chairperson" of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov reported on Facebook, out of the total number of patients, 117 were detected when seeking medical help, 45 - among contacts in previously registered cases, 4 cases were brought from abroad.

According to the occupation Ministry of Health of Crimea, 6 people died of the coronavirus on the occupied peninsula in the past 24 hours, and 117 recovered.

92 people with COVID-19 were admitted for outpatient treatment, and 95 for inpatient treatment.

For the past 24 hours, 60 people have been removed from outpatient treatment and 70 from inpatient treatment.

According to the occupation government of Sevastopol, on June 19, 61 people fell ill with COVID-19, 60 people overcame the disease.

On June 19, 852 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in the territory controlled by Ukraine. In particular, 23 children and 41 health workers fell ill. 40 people died in one day, 2,736 recovered.

  • 45,794 COVID-19 cases have been officially registered in occupied Crimea for the current period. 42,205 people recovered during the entire period, 1,442 died.
  • 15,574 people have fallen ill with the coronavirus in occupied Sevastopol since the beginning of the year. Recovered for the entire period - 14,195, died - 708.
  • 2,229,044 cases of coronavirus have been registered on the mainland of Ukraine since the beginning of the year. Recovered for the entire period - 2,150,708, died - 51,992.
