The Kyiv court allowed the ARC Prosecutor's Office to conduct an investigation of the "military commissar of the Simferopol district and Alushta"
The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv granted the request of the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and granted permission for a special pre-trial investigation into the occupation "military commissar of the Simferopol district and Alushta".
The Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomy reported about it on the Telegram channel.
It is noted that the occupying military commissar is suspected of violating the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to prosecutors, he forced the civilian population of the occupied peninsula to serve in the Russian armed forces.
