First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzheppar said that the Russian Federation had set up working groups to discredit the Crimean platform.

She said this at the International Investment Forum "Southern Development Strategy", which is being held at Arabatskaya Strelka, a correspondent of the Suspilne Crimea reports.

"As soon as we announced the creation of such an initiative, Russia at various levels, and now at the level of Foreign Minister Lavrov, announced that the initiative is a threat to the territorial integrity and security of Russia. Imagine the cynicism: first there is an occupation - now the whole world is being blackmailed. And I know that more than one working group has been set up in Russia to discredit this platform. And the second is that attendance at the summit simply did not take place, "Dzheppar stressed.

Emine Jeppar also said that the residents of occupied Crimea have the greatest demand for medicine and education. According to her, there is even a project on the possible construction of a multidisciplinary hospital for Crimeans in the Kherson region. She is convinced that in order to de-occupation and reintegrate Crimea, it is crucial to work with citizens who have remained in the occupied territories.

"Working with citizens from the occupied territories, which is 2.5 million citizens, requires extra attention and understanding of the conditions in which they live. This is compulsory certification, conscription into the army, replacement of the population when half a million Russian citizens have already moved to the Crimea and turned it into a military base of the Russian Federation. Therefore, maintaining contact with these people is very important. The greatest demand of Crimean residents for medicine. For example, a multifunctional and multidisciplinary hospital. Then there are educational services because Russian propaganda in schools and universities is very serious. And Russia is investing billions of dollars to form a different consciousness in the growing generation in Crimea. And for us, this is a strategic direction", - Dhzeppar summed up.
