According to him, the strategy should be a clear plan for each ministry, to set the appropriate funds for next year. The National Agency for the Development of the Crimean Tatar Language will also be established.

“As a component of this process, it is the approval of the Crimean Tatar language alphabet at the level of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This completely coincides with the alphabet approved by the Kurultay of the Crimean Tatar people <…> In the coming years, all textbooks of the Crimean Tatar language will be transliterated into the Latin alphabet”, - Seitkhalilev said.

• On April 7, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Concept for the development of the Crimean Tatar Language to improve the legislative, institutional, financial and informational basis for development as a language of one of the indigenous peoples of Ukraine.
