TrO units will be tasked with controlling settlements, strengthening and protecting the administrative border with occupied Crimea, guarding and defending certain facilities, and fighting groups of saboteurs.

The press service of the Land Forces of Ukraine reported it on Facebook on April 6.

During the meeting, Ukrainian defenders will improve the skills of both commanders and privates to perform certain tasks at real sites: 

• the protection and defence of the administrative border with occupied Crimea, covering of the land-accessible areas of the coast; 
• the performance of tasks on control of settlements, on the protection of public authorities, strengthening of protection of critical objects, bridges, service at checkpoints, control of settlements with a performance of tasks of curfew; 
• the fight against sabotage and reconnaissance forces, other armed formations of the aggressor, and anti-state illegally formed armed formations.

What is known

• Soldiers of the 76th Guards Airborne Assault Division of the RF Armed Forces - Pskov paratroopers - are transferred to occupied Crimea.
