The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this at the All-Ukrainian Forum “Ukraine 30. Infrastructure” on February 22.
“We will not do it. But it is necessary to read about this, because sometimes they (Russian media - ed.) pitch some good ideas”, - he said.
