The occupying Central District Court of Simferopol suspended the proceedings in the case of the correspondent of the Crimean Solidarity Ablyamit Ziyadinov due to the lack of corpus delicti.

The lawyer Rustem Kyamilev reported about it to the Suspilne Crimea.

According to Kyamilev, the defence proved that there was no violation of the law, on November 3, 2020.

"In the aggregate of evidence, the judge made the only correct decision - to terminate the case on the administrative material of Ablyamit Ziyadinov due to the lack of corpus delicti," the lawyer said.

According to him, the decision will not be appealed, because the court made the right decision.
