In Crimea and Sevastopol, the occupiers report 277 new coronavirus infections

On January 27, 181 recent cases of COVID-19 were “officially” registered in occupied Crimea, 96 in Sevastopol. Nine people died on the peninsula, and 5 in Sevastopol.

The occupation “chairperson” Sergey Aksyonov announced this on Facebook.

Of the total number of patients, 128 were identified when seeking medical help, 52 - among contacts in previously registered cases.

According to the occupation Ministry of Health of the Crimea, 9 people died of coronavirus and 393 recovered on the occupied peninsula in the past 24 hours.

In the report, it is noted that 106 people with COVID-19 have been admitted for outpatient treatment, 94 - for inpatient treatment.

For the past 24 hours, 285 people have been removed from outpatient treatment, and 176 from inpatient treatment.

According to the occupation government of Sevastopol, as of the morning of January 27, 96 new cases of COVID-19 were registered. 89 people overcame the disease.

5 people aged 51 to 92 died of coronavirus in Sevastopol.

As of the morning of January 27, 3,776 recent cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the territory controlled by Ukraine. In particular, 115 children and 172 health workers fell ill. 145 people died in one day, 14,250 recovered.

  • 31,677 COVID-19 cases have been officially registered in occupied Crimea for the current period. 25,713 people recovered during the entire period, 729 died.
  • 9,303 people have been infected with the coronavirus in occupied Sevastopol since the beginning of the year. Recovered for the entire period - 8,400, died - 376.
