The Koktebel vintage winery in Crimea was sold at auction on January 26 for 110.2 million rubles (40 million hryvnias). Koktebel Vintage Wine LLC privatized it.

Data on the deal are published on the official website of Russia to post information about the auction.

"The winner of the auction in electronic form is the participant № 538005 - Limited Liability Company" Factory of vintage wines Koktebel, which offered during the auction the highest bid of lot № 1 for 110 178 094 rubles 77 kopecks (including VAT)", - is reported on the website.

Two companies and one individual were admitted to the auction: the tenant of the Koktebel Vintage Winery LLC, the Crystalcor STC company from St. Petersburg, and Andrey Shklovsky, who is the founder of Bonusmall LLC in Perm.

UPD: Lawyer Borys Babin explained such a move by the head of the enterprise to the Suspilne Crimea. According to Babin, due to the alleged fake auction, the head became the official owner of the Koktebel winery.

"For a long time, this winery had been under the actual control of a huge mafia structure of Russia, which trades in alcoholic beverages, and is headed by Naryshkin. By the way, he is the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service. In his interests, in his beneficiaries, so far, there was allegedly fake sale.
The experts of the temporary reintegration of Crimea have already written that this is exactly what will happen", - the lawyer said.
