The occupying authorities of Crimea remove some coronavirus restrictions, which have been introduced for the period from December 20 to January 15.

The "head" of  Crimea Sergey Aksyonov reported about it during the meeting of "operational staff" on counteraction to a coronavirus.

"From January 15, food courts will reopen. We are moving to the previous mode of operation", - Aksyonov said.

What is known

  • On January 13, 213 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in occupied Crimea, eight people died.
  • A total of 28,180 people have fallen ill on the peninsula since the beginning of the pandemic. 22,690 people recovered, 613 died.
