Scandalous Russian rapper Morgenstern is going on tour to Ukraine. Three of his performances are announced for June 2021.

The owner of the site "Kontramarka" Alexander Poryadchenko announced this on Facebook.

Morgenstern's first solo concert will take place on June 3 in Kyiv, on June 4 in Kharkiv, and on June 6 in Zaporizhia.

The Russian performer does not come to occupied Crimea for fear of being banned from entering Ukraine for three years.

"I would be happy to go to Crimea, but, unfortunately, in the real world, if I go there, I will be banned from travelling to Ukraine later", - Morgenstern said.

What is know

  • On November 4, 2020, in an interview with Russian journalist Yury Dud, Morgenstern called Russian President Vladimir Putin handsome: "Putin is handsome not because he has done something cool for the country or rules perfectly. Just a powerful man - that's all.
  • The fire in Odessa on December 4, 2019, became a day of national mourning, but Russian musician Morgenstern called the grief of Ukrainians all an act and called for a day of shouting instead of a day of mourning. He allowed himself such statements from the stage of the Odessa club Palladium. The rapper performed despite the tragic events in the city.
