New coronavirus outbreak in occupied Crimea and Sevastopol: 273 new COVID-19 cases

As of the morning of November 19, 214 new cases of COVID-19 were officially registered in occupied Crimea, and 59 in Sevastopol, including a two-year-old child. Six people died in occupied Crimea, 257 on the mainland of Ukraine.

The occupying "head" Sergey Aksyonov announced this on his Facebook page.

It is noted, together with new cases, 46 -  are with an asymptomatic course of the disease.

Of the total number of patients, 116 were detected during medical treatment, 95 - among contacts in previously registered cases.

According to the occupation Ministry of Health of Crimea, 6 people died of coronavirus on the occupied peninsula in the past 24 hours, and 398 recovered.

It is noted that 48 patients with COVID-19 were admitted for outpatient treatment, 205 people were admitted for inpatient treatment.

For the past 24 hours, 250 people have been removed from outpatient treatment, 187 from inpatient treatment, and 5 from observers.

According to the occupation government of Sevastopol, as of the morning of November 19, 59 new cases of COVID-19 were registered. These are locals between the ages of 2 and 80. 123 people overcame the disease.

As of the morning of November 19, a new daily record was recorded on the mainland of Ukraine - 13,357 new cases of COVID-19. A record of 257 people died in a day.

What is known

  • A total of 12,947 COVID-19 cases have been officially registered in occupied Crimea for the current period. 8,673 people recovered during the whole period, 228 died.
  • A total of 3,695 people have fallen ill with coronavirus in occupied Sevastopol since the beginning of the year. Recovered for the entire period - 3,038, died - 99.
  • A total of 583,510 cases of coronavirus have been registered on the mainland of Ukraine since the beginning of the year. Recovered for the entire period - 266,479, died - 10,369.
