In 2018, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Oleksandr Tupytskyi became the owner of a land plot in the village of Koreiz in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, drawing up a purchase agreement under Russian law, but did not reflect this in his declaration of property and income.

It was reported by journalists of the "Schemes" program.

It is noted that the site was "purchased" in 2018 in the village of Koreiz, located in the south of the ARC. The publication received confirmation from the Unified State Register of Real Estate of the Russian Federation, a country that invaded Ukraine and occupied Crimea.

The purchase agreement took place at the time when Tupitsky held the position of deputy chairman of the CCU. "Schemes" emphasize that the acquisition of land does not appear in Tupitsky's declarations either in 2018 or in 2019.

According to lawyers, in this situation, any option for the official is a stalemate. It is reported that Ukrainian civil servants under Ukrainian law cannot interact with illegal bodies established in the temporarily occupied territory of the ARC. And even if an official receives something from another person for free, it may be considered an illegal gift under anti-corruption legislation.

At the same time, according to the director of the real estate agency "Status" (Yalta) Eduard Kiss, the market value of one hectare of land in Korea ranges from $ 5 thousand to $ 15 thousand.
